loongarchx32 doesn't exist in the real world, so we can delete it.

* config.guess (loongarchx32:Linux:*:*): Remove.
(timestamp): Update.
* config.sub (loongarchx32): Remove.
(timestamp): Update.
* doc/config.guess.1: Regenerate.
* doc/config.sub.1: Likewise.
* testsuite/config-guess.data (loongarchx32): Remove.
* testsuite/config-sub.data (loongarchx32, loongarchx32-elf,
loongarchx32-linux, loongarchx32-loongson-elf): Likewise.
