Add the following entries to the tables of valid CPUs, vendors, and
operating systems:

CPUs:     v810

Vendors:  acorn, atari, be, ccur, commodore, digital, intergraph, rebel,
          rom68k, rombug, semi, siemens, sni, stratus, tektronix

OSes:     atheos, chorusos, psos, syllable, wince

Evidence elsewhere in this script, and/or in config.guess, indicates
that these are all supposed to be valid.
