Apparently, QNX reports aarch64 as aarch64le on little-endian machines.

* config.sub (aarch64le-*): Set cpu to aarch64.
(timestamp): Update.
* doc/config.sub.1: Regenerate.
* testsuite/config-sub.data (aarch64le-qnx): New test.
